Excelsior Opera

Nice clean room...not going to rate size because every room in Paris seems to be small. Everything worked.Air con was excellent and badly needed as it was 36 degrees outside. Great location and staff very friendly.

Very well located hotel for shopping & good food. They were nice & granted us late check-out & room was available Our flight was late. The personel was very nice, friendly & helpful. The location is great. Breakfast is not excellent but meet the regular expactations. Room is nice and clean. Staff is amazing! I would love to stay in this property again.

My wife's phone was stolen in Paris. There was no contact with her. She was very well received at the hotel. It was always possible to contact her by phone and by email. In particular, Akhmat from staff showed great hospitality and demonstrated the hotel's customer focus. The other employees of the hotel did the same. The location is excellent, the price and quality are much higher than hotels of the same class. We are grateful, we recommend staying here.

room clean, well equipped and spacious with good views. love the little touch of the daily cakes and biscuits. breakfast good variety, reasonable price, the gentleman in charge works very hard although he barely speaks English. hotel close to everything and staff very helpful (one of us lost luggage at the airport. staff helped phoning airport and airlines, offered comfort and advice) and quick to response to any requests/problems.
